Hey, I’m Adam. I started this blog as a way to express my feelings. My hope was that if I wrote down what I was feeling, it would help me feel better. I suffer from anxiety, OCD and bouts of depression (normally caused by the former). I find that by talking about the struggles I’ve had, it makes me feel better about myself and also hopefully makes other people in my position realise they aren’t alone.
